this CD-ROM and benefits solely from the user's license granted

User's license:
EdelBits Norway, hereby licenses all purchasers of this product to
use this CD-ROM as packaged and sold, containing photographic
images (the "CD-ROM") on the condition that the following terms
and conditions are duly complied with: All copyrights and other
related rights are owned by EdelBits Norway or its suppliers. Use,
automatically entails the presumption that the user has read and
understood this agreement and accepts to be bound by the terms
hereof without reservation.
User's rights:
To reproduce, print, adapt and publish the photographic images
obtained from the CD-ROM using any and all media, subject to the
conditions contained below. To make one (1) back-up copy of the
CD for archive or storage purposes.
The user has no right to:
Copy the CD-ROM or the accompanying written materials, except
in those cases specifically authorized in this license agreement.
Reproduce the CD-ROM as is, its contents or part of its contents
for commercial purposes. The user is hereby informed that unauthorized
commercial use will result in the user being civilly and/or
criminally liable for infringement of copyright and of this license
agreement.
Create scandalous, obscene or immoral work using the photographic
images contained in the CD-ROM.
Distribute or sell the photographic images contained in the CD-ROM
by associating them with another product in competition with the
CD-ROM.
The use of photographic images of identifiable persons or items
contained in the CD-ROM in a manner which could suggest any
relationship or association whatsoever between these images and
any product or service and which could cause any and all type of
damages to any party whatsoever.
Publish photographic images on computer networks or other electronically
downloadable markets at a resolution higher than 72
DPI.
Rent, sell or otherwise grant rights to the CD-ROM outside of the
cases referred to above.
The user incurs full liability for the use made of photographic
images which may require specific authorization from any third
party or parties, in regard to patent rights or copyright, or to the
rights reserved for or by a legal entity and which are expressly
excluded from this license.
EdelBits Norway declines all responsibility relative to any use of
these photographs which could constitute an infringement on the
rights of third parties.
The user can not transfer or sell the CD-ROM to a third party. This
license agreement and authorization of use that is presented in this
license agreement is only valid when the product has been purchased
through an authorized retailer.
The photographic images on this CD-ROM can not be used in
the production of postcards and calendars. In such cases Edelbits
Norway issues an expanded authorization for use of images at a
fixed rate.
The Photographers' names are printed in the index.
Duration:
This User's License shall remain in full effect throughout the entire
duration of use of the CD-ROM. It shall be terminated in the event
that the user does not comply with the terms and conditions hereof.
Upon expiration of this License Agreement, the user hereby agrees
to destroy all copies he has made of the CD-ROM.
Warranty:
EdelBits Norway hereby guarantees the workmanship of this product
for 90 a day period following the date of purchase. During this
90-day period, in the event of faulty workmanship or a manufacturing
defect, EdelBits Norway guarantees replacement of any defective
products that are returned to the retailer.
Disclaimer of warranty and liability
The CD-ROM is provided as is, under the guarantees provided above.
All risks related to the results or performance of the CD-ROM are
assumed by the user.
